Crop top with crochet knitted back. Crocheted summer tops patterns with description. Knitted Lagoon Top by Kim Hargreaves

Every day it gets warmer and warmer outside! And hot summer is just around the corner. So it's time to update your wardrobe. In this master class we will knit a fashionable crochet crop top diagram and description knitting, which will be below.

For such a crochet crop top, we need a diagram and description:

  • Calendula color yarn;
  • Hook;
  • Scissors.

How to crochet a crop top, diagram and description?

We will start knitting with an air chain measuring 111 air loops.

We skip 2 loops and, starting from the 3rd loop, knit 1 dc. into each loop of the chain.

Idea for Easter:

Then we turn around and knit 2 more exactly the same rows, decreasing in the first and last loops. Since we knit for bust size 1. If the top is for the 2nd size, then there should be 3 more such rows, if for the 3rd, then we knit 5 rows. This top is not suitable for larger breasts.

Now we count the loops. In this case, there are 107 of them. Therefore, we will allocate 53 loops for one breast and 53 loops for the second. 1 loop will remain to form the top pattern.

We remember that we will begin and end each row with decreases.

Now we make 3 air loops and knit 1 ST.B.N. under the air loops of the previous row.

We skip 2 columns of the bottom row and continue to knit ST.S.N.

Again at the beginning of the row we perform a decrease. Then we knit S.S.N. without knitting 2 stitches in front of our pattern.

We form 3 air loops and knit 1 ST.B.N. under the arch of the bottom row, then again 3 air and 1 more ST.B.N. under the 2nd arch. Again 3 chain stitches, skip 2 stitches of the bottom row and continue knitting ST.B.N.

We start a new row with a decrease and, as usual, knit S.S.N. without finishing 2 stitches.

We do 3 aerials and perform 1 ST.B.N. under the arch.

For home comfort:

In the new row we will knit in exactly the same way as in the previous one up to 4 dc. on the pattern.

That is, on the pattern we knit an ara of 3 loops. Then we do 3 aerials again and in S.S.N. bottom row we knit 2 ST.S.N.

Again we make 3 aerial ones and add 2 more S.S.N.

In the new row we reach the pattern. We knit 1 arch from 3 loops.

Then we make 3 air loops and perform 2 D.C.N.

Let's make 3 air stitches again and knit 1 ST.B.N into the arch. Again we perform 3 aerials and add 2 S.S.N.

We tie the row to the end.

We knit S.S.N. to the pattern, decreasing in the first loop.

We make 3 aerial ones and knit an arch, performing ST.B.N. under the arch. Again 3 air and 2 S.S.N.

Again 3 air and under the arch we knit 1 ST.B.N. 3 aerials and in the 2nd arch we perform 1 ST.B.N.

3 air and tie 2 S.S.N.

We complete the row of S.S.N., decreasing at the end.

We start the row with a decrease and knit ST.S.N. to the pattern.

We begin to form the pattern, as usual, without knitting 2 stitches in front of it. We make 3 air stitches and knit ST.B.N. to the first arch.

We start a new row and continue in exactly the same way as the previous one, only instead of 4 arches in the pattern, we will make 5.

We knit the same as in the previous row up to ST.S.N. We knit them and then knit 1 ST.B.N. under each of the 4 arches. Between them we make 3 air ones. The 5th arch will go to S.S.N.

We continue knitting the pattern the same way we started.

We start in the new row as in the previous one. We tie up to 2 S.S.N. Next we knit 2 arches from 3 air and 1 ST.B.N. Under the 3rd arch we knit 4 ST.S.N.

We knit the beginning of the pattern according to the pattern. After the first 2 S.S.N. we knit 3 arches, the 3rd goes to S.S.N.

We knit 2 S.S.N. and 3 air. Then we knit another 2 S.S.N.

We knit the row to the end of S.S.N.

In this row we knit according to the pattern. But in the center we make 2 from 1 arch in the same way as we did below.

We knit all subsequent rows according to the pattern, not forgetting to decrease at the beginning and end of the row. We also need to increase the number of arches by 1 in the center, as we did earlier.

We will knit like this until we run out of S.S.N. On the sides.

Flowers for home and gift:

At the beginning of a new row, we perform 1 S.S.N., and then we knit everything according to the pattern, also increasing the number of arches in the center by 1.

At the end we also knit only 1 dc.

We will start all the following rows with 1 ST.S.N. and finish too.

We knit the first 2 arches from 2 air ones. We knit all the rest in the same way from 3.

We also knit the last 2 arches from 2 air loops.

In the new row we make 1 ST.S.N. and we knit the arch immediately in S.S.N.

At the beginning of a new row, we do not knit the first arch, but immediately knit S.S.N.

We knit the next row according to the pattern.

In the next row 2 D.C.N. knit together. Next we knit according to the pattern.

Now we need to tie laces from air chains of the required length to all 4 sides of the top.

Crop top diagram and description is ready! You can safely try it on and go to the beach!

Good luck with your creativity!

Crop tops have not gone out of fashion for several years now. Any fashionista simply must have this stylish top in her wardrobe. Therefore, our craftswoman Anna has prepared for you a description with a photo about crocheting such tops for the summer. They are shaped like a top.

Green semi-openwork

How to crochet a top in the style of Andy Bagus. It is very easy and quick to knit; you don’t even need a pattern. A description of knitting from the author of the master class will help you with this.

For knitting we need:

  • Areola yarn or other similar yarn;
  • Hook 2.5 – 3 mm;
  • Scissors.

Description of work

We will knit a simple summer top for a woman from the bottom up. We cast on 58 air loops. And we make 3 more loops for lifting. Then we knit, starting from the 4th loop, 28 double crochets. Then we make 2 air loops, skip 2 loops of the chain and knit another 28 double crochets.
Photo 1

Let's turn around. Now we will knit the front row. It will always consist only of single crochets. Therefore, we knit 1 single crochet to a pair of air loops. We knit 1 stitch into an arch of 2 loops and then knit 1 stitch into each loop of the bottom row.
We turn around and make 3 lifting loops, since we will always knit the purl row with relief stitches with 1 crochet. We knit 1 in each single crochet of the bottom row, except for the one that is knitted into an arch of loops. Here we make 2 air stitches and then knit embossed stitches to the end.
Photo 2

Then we knit the front row in the same way as we have already knitted before. Next, you need to knit the purl one in the same way as you knitted before. And we will also knit 1 knit and 1 purl and 1 more knit.
Now we will expand the mesh. We knit embossed columns without knitting 2 loops in front of the mesh. Then we make 4 chain stitches, knit 1 single crochet into a single crochet of the same row.
4 more airborne. We skip 2 loops of the base and then knit 1 relief column to the end.
Photo 3

When knitting the front row, we will knit single crochets as usual. And under the arches of the mesh we also knit single crochets. 5 columns for each arch.
Photo 4

From this row we will knit with decreases at the beginning and end of each purl row. We will also skip 2 loops before and after the mesh. Thus, the loops will quickly decrease.
That is, we start a new purl row with 3 loops, then decrease. We knit to the mesh without tying 2 loops. Then we make 4 chain loops and knit 1 single crochet into the 3rd single crochet of the arch.
Then again 4 loops and 1 single crochet in the center of the new arch. Again 4 loops and finish the row by skipping 2 loops.
Leave 3 loops at the end. We decrease, and in the last loop we knit 1 double crochet to finish the row in the same way as we started.
Photo 5

We knit the front row. It is knitted in the same way as before.
The purl row will also be the same as the previous one. This is how our network expands.
Photo 6

Then we knit 8 rows. Of these, 4 are knit and 4 are purl. In the purl rows we begin and end with decreases and do not knit 2 loops before the mesh and after the mesh.
Photo 7

We continue to alternate rows until the loops run out. When this happens, we will knit a row of mesh. You can knit 2 rows.
Photo 8

Immediately we tie along the contour with single crochets.
Without cutting the thread, we will make a strap. We knit 3 single crochets and turn around. Next we will knit 1 stitch in each stitch for 18 rows. At the beginning of each row we make a lifting loop.
Then we will tie a decrease so that we are in the center. And we cast on the required number of loops.
Photo 9

We turn around and knit 1 connecting stitch into a loop. We move on to the loops of the wide part of the strap and knit single crochets.
On the other side we knit the same thing.
Now we will make the ties at the bottom. But first, let’s knit the part for a smooth transition. We will knit from the wrong side. We knit 12 embossed stitches.
Photo 10

We turn around and knit the front row.
Then we knit a purl row with decreases on the sides. And again the front one, but without decreases.
We alternate this way until the loops run out.
We tie the part and immediately form the lace, make the required number of loops. We knit 1 connecting stitch into the loops.
Photo 11

And on the other side we knit the same way.

The crochet crop top is ready! We try it on and go for a walk.

Similarly, you can knit a crop top for a girl if you reduce the size.

Red diagonal

In this master class we will crochet a summer crop top. This top is perfect for the beach, as well as for walks. Knitting a crop top is easy and doesn’t take long. Even beginner knitters can knit this top.

To knit a summer top we will need:

  • Yarn “Handmade”;
  • Hook No. 1.75;
  • Beads.

We start with a set of loops. In total you need to score 61 VP. We will allocate 30 loops for the main part of the top and 1 loop will be the middle one. We will make additions to it for expansion. You can also knit a crop top from any other thin yarn.

Now we knit 30 dc. Instead of the first column we will always make 3 VP. After knitting 30 dc, the next stitch comes and it is medium. We knit 2 dc in it. We do 2 VP. And we knit 2 more dcs here.

We knit the remaining 30 dcs along the chain. The first row of the crop top is complete. Let's move on to the second.

We unfold the knitting and knit a dc to 2 ch, which we did in the middle of the knitting. And we knit here the same element as in the first row. That is, we knit 2 dc, 2 ch and 2 dc under the arch. And we add a series of CCHs.

By knitting 2 Dcs, 2 Chs and 2 Dcs under the arch of VP, the top will expand, as there will be increases after each row.

And so we knit until the width is gained from one armpit to the other. This is necessary so that the chest is completely covered.

Now we will knit only one side of the top. We unfold the knitting and knit a dc. We do not tie 2 columns to the arch of 2 VP. We knit 1 dc under the arch. Unfold the knitting. We do 3 VP. We skip 2 stitches and knit a dc without knitting 3 stitches to the end. In the 3rd we knit dc.

We do 3 VPs and turn around. We knit the DC again, without tying 2 stitches to the arch. And we knit 1 stitch from 3 VPs under the arch. We make 3 VPs and unfold the knitting. We knit a dc without knitting 3 stitches and in the 3rd we knit a dc.

And so we continue to knit until there are no stitches left. One part of the top is knitted.

We immediately knit the tie. We cast on 90-100 VPs and knit them with connecting posts.

We knit the second part of the top in the same way, adding a thread.

We attach the thread to the upper corner of the top and make 100 VP. And we also knit them with connecting posts. We pass to the next corner of the top with connecting posts and repeat the tie of 100 VP.

We decorate the ties with beads. We pass each string through a bead and tie a knot so that the beads do not fly off. It is better to use beads with a wide hole so that you can insert a string through them.

Crochet summer crop top is ready!

Crop top (bra)

In hot summer weather, you want to wear open clothes. And this master class will help you crochet a beautiful crop top for summer walks. It is also suitable for the beach. In addition, this top can be used as the top of a swimsuit.

To knit a top we will need:

  • Yarn (any summer);
  • Hook;
  • Marker.

For knitting a crop top, it is better to use cotton yarn. Then it will definitely not be hot in it.

We make a sliding loop to start knitting the cups. Make 3 VPs and knit another 8 DCs into a slip stitch. We have 9 columns in total. We mark the 5th as the central one with a marker.

Now we will knit each row the same way. In the very first loop and the very last we always knit 3 dcs. And in the middle one (which we marked with a marker) we knit 5 dcs. Of these 5 stitches knitted in 1 loop, the 3rd stitch will be the central one. And we will always knit 5 dc into it.

That is, the first row looks like this: 3 dc in a loop, 3 dc in a loop, 5 dc in a loop, 3 dc in a loop.

Let's make a harness. We knit 5 dc in 1 loop. We skip 2 loops and knit 1 sc in the 3rd. We skip 2 loops and knit 5 dc and so on. There is no need to tie the bottom.

We knit a second cup for the bodice. And we begin to sew. We knit one cup at a time along the bottom of the DC, leaving about 2 cm short. We overlap the second cup and continue knitting until the end of the second cup of the DC, while sewing the cups to each other. You can sew the cups without overlapping. Then, having knitted the loops of the first cup, we immediately knit the loops of the second cup. The number of columns must be a multiple of 2.

Then in the new row we knit 1 dc in each loop, including VP. We also knit 1 dc in them.

We repeat the row with the mesh, then the row of dcs and again the row with the mesh. If you want to make the top a little longer (lower), then you can knit a few more of these alternating rows.

We will tie the bottom of the top. We knit 4 sc in the first “window”, 1 sc in the next “window”. And then we alternate until the end of the row.

After this, we knit the side part of the dc.

Attach the yarn to the top of the cup and cast on 80-90 VP. Let's knit them with sc. And we will tie the same thing on the second cup.

Crochet crop top is ready!

Crop top for girls

Crop tops continue to be at the peak of summer fashion. And in this master class we will crochet a beautiful and simple children's crop top. It can be knitted for a girl of any age and size. It won't be hot in this top. It is comfortable and looks very elegant and cute.

To knit a children's crop top you will need:

  • Cotton or semi-cotton yarn;
  • Hook.

The top can be knitted from any yarn, but it should not be thick. We cast on an air chain along the circumference of the chest plus 1.5-2 cm. The number of loops should be a multiple of three. These 3 loops make up the pattern repeat.

We close the resulting chain in a circle and begin knitting the first row. We make 3 VP instead of the very first DC. And then we knit the entire row to the end of the dc. At the end, we connect the row with a connecting post.

We knit further basic pattern "Checks". It is very simple and knits quickly. Instead of a column, we make 3 VP plus we collect 1 more VP. And now we knit 1 dc in the same place. This is the first “tick”. Let's skip 2 loops at the base. Then in the 3rd we knit a new “tick”. That is, 1 dc, 1 ch and 1 dc.

So we knit the row to the end and connect the last and first columns. We also knit a connecting stitch under 1 VP in the “tick”. And from this “tick” we knit a new one. That is, now we will knit a new “tick” from each “tick”.

A total of 7 or 8 such rows need to be knitted.

Now let's divide the number of all loops in half. But since the number of loops is odd, there will be 1 extra loop. Let's take her to the front. For example, if the number of loops is 111, then 55 loops remain on the back and 56 will go to the front.

We knit only the loops in front of the turning rows. We knit 5 rows in total.

Next, we will knit the last 2 stitches together in each row. The knitting will begin to taper. We knit until the top reaches the desired height. It can be made directly under the throat, or it can be tied so that it does not reach the neck.

And all that remains is to make the ties. We knit the last row and immediately cast on VP. In total you need to cast on 110-120 stitches. We knit these loops with connecting posts. We've reached the top of the top again. Using connecting posts we reach the second corner of the top and knit another tie in the same way.

It's no secret that many fashion trends come from American films and TV series. There we see many girls who, going to the beach, wear beautiful knitted tops that highlight their chiseled body. When warm days arrive, the beautiful part of the planet not only prepares its figure for the upcoming beach season, but also tries to dress up as well as possible. But not everyone can afford to buy expensive branded items. In this case, everyone can try to create such a thing on their own. You don't need to spend a lot of money to do this, you just need to be a little patient. One of the leading trends of the summer season is tops, but not simple ones, but crop tops. These little things are crocheted quickly, but look very impressive and stylish.

Many of us know what a top is, but the word “crop” can be misleading. In English this word means shortened, something cut off. In this case, it is a short jacket or T-shirt, which can be decorated with some decorative elements. The knitted top of the swimsuit is also called a crop top.

Beach option

In the summer, we all minimize the amount of clothing on our bodies and wear more revealing clothes. Therefore, we want to wear clothes that will not restrict our movements, but at the same time will allow us to look beautiful and attractive. In this case, you can use tops that will highlight all the advantages of your figure, but also, with the right approach, hide flaws. In this master class we will learn how to knit a beautiful beach crop top. The scheme is quite simple, so even a novice needlewoman can cope with this task quickly and easily.

What do we need to prepare for knitting?

  • white cotton thread 250 meters per 50 grams;
  • hook number 1.5.

Important advice! In this master class we will knit for bust size B. But knitting lovers need to focus on their sizes, and it is better to take your bra as an example.

Let's get to work. We cast on 134 air loops - this will be for a volume of 70 centimeters. When we have collected the required number of loops, we need to mark the middle. The latter is necessary in order to make the drawing correctly later. We should have 12 rows in height, and already on the 13th row we knit the corresponding pattern and begin to make decreases. For the back we leave ten buttonholes on each side. And on others, taking into account the scheme, we again perform decreases. The numbers that we see in the diagram show how many columns there should be after and before the openwork knitting. When we knit our fabric, we collect the required number of air buttonholes that form ties. Then we knit with connecting columns back along these buttonholes, then we knit with single crochet columns. In the same way we make the second tie. Our top is ready.

There are a huge number of loops that can be used to create this product. Both openwork tops and those using the “Granny Square” have gained enormous popularity. This color combination allows you to have a truly summer look. Basically, such patterns are combined into motifs, but this in turn is also a very interesting approach for knitting such tops. Basically, such things emphasize not only the girl’s figure, but also her mood and taste.

The main task and main goal in creating such things is to carefully follow the pattern. If you deviate a little from the diagram, you may get an error that will lead to the need to completely redo the entire product. As a result, the work will be abandoned and unfinished. Therefore, our advice to beginners is to follow the detailed descriptions and diagrams that are in the master classes. Due to the fact that the product is small in size, it will not take much time to create it. Some needlewomen cope with this task in a couple of days, but beginners will have to work longer.

On hot summer days, preference is given to open clothing made from natural fabrics. Therefore, on the eve of the holiday season, I want to knit something light and comfortable, for example, a crochet crop top. This wardrobe item is not suitable for everyone. The top reveals the stomach, so only those with a thin waist and toned abs can appreciate it. Therefore, we put the figure in order, study the description of the models and get down to business. Unlike traditional blouses, a crop top is knitted instantly.

We crochet a stylish crop top: choose a style

Interesting ideas for making crop tops can be seen in photo and video tutorials. First, let's study the types of crop tops.

  • A bustier is a product with underwires, often in the form of a corset.
  • Bandeau - the shortest option, is a strapless strip of material that wraps tightly around the figure.
  • Top in the form of a cropped T-shirt.
  • Off the shoulder top.

A knitting artist can implement any of them in her product. But most often they stop at the first option. The design of such a top consists of two parts: a cup and an openwork lower part.

Preparatory stage.

Regardless of the model, to knit a fashionable wardrobe item you will need two components:

  • yarn. Since the item is intended for summer, the ideal material would be cotton; the thread should not be thick - this will make the top more openwork and elegant. Focus on a thread length of 270–280 meters in 50 grams of yarn; yarn consumption, depending on the size, will be from 50 to 150 grams.
  • hook. The tool is matched to the threads. For the above yarn, size No. 1.5 is recommended.
Crop top with cups:
  1. Knitting begins with constructing a pattern. The figure shows the product dimensions for cup size “B”.
  1. The top cups are done first. Using a crochet hook, pick up 21 air loops + 3 air loops for lifting. Then they work based on the diagram.
  1. After both cups are connected, they are connected to each other. To do this, the penultimate repeat (this is 7 double crochets) of the second cup in the last row is connected to the penultimate repeat of the first cup. This is done as follows. Using a half single crochet, the second cup is tied to 4 double crochets of the penultimate repeat of the first cup. After which the remaining 3 double crochets are knitted. The connection of the cups ends by knitting the last double crochet in the last repeat.
  1. The lower part of the product is knitted from the cups. The repeat of the openwork pattern is 8 loops + 1 loop. That is, having crocheted 16 air loops, 89 single crochets are knitted under the cups (8 loops * 11 + 1 loop = 89 loops), and at the end another 16 air loops are cast on. To get 89 loops for knitting a pattern, under each single crochet or 3 chain stitches, knit 2 single crochets, and in the center 1 single crochet. In total, 121 loops will be knitted in the first row, which is 15 repeats of the pattern.
  2. The second row of the bottom part of the product is knitted with a single crochet. 1 air loop for lifting and 120 columns of the pattern are performed.
  3. Starting from the third row, the top is knitted according to the pattern. A total of 9 rows are performed.
  4. After the 9th row, without breaking the threads, begin to make ties on the back. Their length varies as desired. In the example, they are made equal to 50 cm. The harnesses are knitted by changing the knitting direction, according to the following pattern, gradually reducing the number of loops to 6.

The second tie is performed similarly to the first.

  1. The penultimate step is knitting the top harnesses. They are attached to the center of each cup and are made using single crochets according to the pattern.

The length of the ties should be approximately 45 cm.

  1. After all parts of the crop top are completed, the product is steamed, unnecessary threads are hidden and cut off.

Let's look at the popular crop top options among needlewomen

Beginning needlewomen can try knitting a simple crop top with an American armhole. This product does not have cups and is made in one piece. Unlike the previous version, this model has a button closure (on the back) and a thin cord for tying at the neck.

  1. Using a hook, a chain of air loops is made. The chain length is 171–184–197–211 loops depending on the size.
  2. The next rows are knitted according to the pattern.

It is important to control the density of the fabric so that it turns out neat and symmetrical.

  1. Having knitted a height of 7–8–9–10 cm, they begin to reduce the width of the fabric, thus forming an armhole.
  2. The final length of the product is about 30–31–32–34 cm.
  3. To assemble, loops are knitted for the button fastening on the back - one button on the left side and one on the right. The loops are made like this: 1 double crochet, 2 chain stitches, 1 double crochet (knitted by skipping 1.5 cm of fabric).
  4. The cord for the neck is knitted separately. It consists of three strips of air loops woven into a braid. The cord is threaded through the top of the top.

In this master class we will crochet a summer crop top. This top is perfect for the beach, as well as for walks. Knitting a crop top is easy and doesn’t take long. Even beginner knitters can knit this top.

To knit a summer top we will need:

  • Yarn “Handmade”;
  • Hook No. 1.75;

Crop top (bra)

In hot summer weather, you want to wear open clothes. And this master class will help you crochet a beautiful crop top for summer walks. It is also suitable for the beach. In addition, this top can be used as the top of a swimsuit.

To knit a top we will need:

  • Yarn (any summer);
  • Hook;

  • Cotton or semi-cotton yarn;
